Your text: Every counting, converting, cleaning, comparing, and generating tool on WordsPolish runs entirely in your browser. Text you type or paste into any tool is never sent to our servers or any third party — it exists only in your browser's memory while the page is open.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to see which tools are useful — page views, never the content of your text. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart; Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.

Advertising: Pages on WordsPolish can carry display ads from Google AdSense, which help keep every tool free. Google and its partners set cookies to deliver and measure those ads, and the ads may be personalised from your browsing on this site and elsewhere. If you visit from the EEA or the UK, Google asks for your consent before personalised-advertising cookies are used, and you can change your answer at any time. Ads never shape what we write: no word-count rule, platform limit or style recommendation is paid for, and advertisers do not see pages before they go live. Some pages also link to style guides and writing tools on Amazon as an affiliate, as our affiliate disclosure explains.

Your ad choices: Manage or switch off personalised ads in Google My Ad Center, or opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info. Google describes how it uses advertising cookies on its ads policy page.

Newsletter & contact: If you sign up for updates or contact us, we store the email address/message you provide solely to respond to you or send the updates you asked for. Newsletter addresses are held by our email provider, Brevo, which also delivers contact messages to our inbox.

Payments: Writer's Toolkit Pack purchases and donations are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card number — only the email address and order details needed to deliver your purchase.
